The company has implemented an internship program for students from NUST and UNAM studying Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering, starting in December 2024. This program is designed to provide students with practical exposure to various aspects of road construction. In the office, they will gain experience in pricing, preparing Bills of Quantities, creating project schedules, and drafting Interim Payment Certificates. In the field, they will be involved in construction management, supervision, site measurement, material sourcing from borrow pits, excavation, bulk earthworks, surveying, and stormwater drainage construction. This initiative aims to equip students with the essential skills and hands-on experience needed to thrive in their future careers.
