Empowering Future Engineers Through Practical Experience

OTESA Civil Engineering is proud to launch its exciting internship program, tailored for students pursuing studies in quantity surveying and civil engineering at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) and the University of Namibia (UNAM).

This initiative underscores OTESA’s unwavering commitment to developing Namibia’s future engineering talent and driving the nation’s infrastructure growth.

The program provides aspiring engineers with an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in road construction, blending theoretical knowledge with practical exposure to both office-based and on-site activities. By bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, OTESA aims to foster a new generation of skilled professionals ready to meet the challenges of the construction industry.

“At OTESA, we believe in empowering students to take the lead in shaping Namibia’s infrastructure future. This program is about more than learning—it’s about building confidence, skills, and a vision for the nation’s progress,” said Mr Elmo Kaiyamo, Chief Executive Officer.

As part of OTESA’s brand promise of Engineering the Nation’s Progress, this initiative reflects our dedication to creating opportunities that inspire, equip, and nurture tomorrow’s industry leaders.

Together, we are paving the way for a stronger, more sustainable future for Namibia.
