Mrs Kalili joined OTESA on 1 November 2024. She is a qualified Civil Engineer with a Postgraduate Degree in Project and Construction Management, boasting over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Her expertise encompasses general contracting, design and drafting, fit-out work, and subcontracting across the private, residential, and mining sectors. Her proficiency includes construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, process implementation, and management.

Mrs Kalili’s most notable achievements encompass her international presence in construction. She has participated in projects throughout South Africa, Namibia, Tanzania, and Kenya. Furthermore, she has broadened her ventures beyond Africa, supervising renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Additionally, she has managed renovations, refurbishments, and maintenance projects, all of which were executed remotely.
