Mr. Elmo Kaiyamo is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of OTESA Civil Engineering Limited.
He is an exceptionally well-organized, high-performing, strategic thinker, and a resourceful professional with over 20 years of business experience in public and private sector organizations.

He has a strong academic background in business and project management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

He possesses a Henley Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK.
He graduated from the University of Namibia with a bachelor's degree in administration, majoring in Economics and Political Science. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma in financial management from the University of London, UK, and completed a Senior Management Development Programme and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa.

Additionally, he completed several short courses, including a Certificate in Analysis and Planning of Investment Projects from the University of Oslo, Norway, in collaboration with the Institute of Development and Management in Botswana, and courses in Strategic Planning and Project Management with the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).

He is well-versed in all phases of business turnarounds and corporate renewal for organizations with critical business needs and customer service offerings. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association of Southern Africa. He completed a Certified Business Rescue Analyst Programme at the University of Pretoria, which is a prerequisite for qualification as a certified business rescue practitioner.

Mr. Kaiyamo is a well-respected and dedicated professional with experience in providing internal employee development, team effectiveness, and leadership development consulting to all levels of an organization. He can design and implement strategic plans and develop high-performing teams.

He previously served as a director on the boards of Kalahari Holdings Limited and as the chairperson of Namprint Limited.

He served as a member of the Road Transportation Board of Namibia, appointed by the Minister of Works and Transport under the Road Transportation Act of 1977 (Act No. 74 of 1977). He was also a director of Fatima Plastics Manufacturing Limited and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Namibia Development Foundation (NAMDEF).
