Mrs Samuel has served as the Employee Development and Remuneration Manager at OTESA Civil Engineering since April 2013. She possesses over seven years of experience in human resources and twelve years of expertise in payroll management.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology, along with a higher certificate in Management: Accountancy from Southern Business School. She has skills in remuneration, team building, staffing, and employee orientation.
