Mr Lukas is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, with over 14 years of experience in the fishing, retail, corporate, and construction sectors.

He holds an Honours Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, which he expects to complete in 2025.

He joined OTESA Civil Engineering on 1 September 2024, bringing his expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, and compliance to ensure that human capital initiatives align with the company’s objectives
