Mrs Slabber has been an integral part of OTESA Civil Engineering since October 2020, serving as Chief Financial Officer. With extensive experience in financial strategy, operational excellence, and organisational growth, Corlia plays a vital role in the company's overall financial management.

Her responsibilities include supervising accounting, finance, forecasting, and strategic planning, while ensuring compliance with all financial and tax regulations. She also directs negotiations with suppliers and financial institutions, fostering measurable financial improvements and optimising operations to support OTESA's growth.

Mrs. Slabber holds a B.Compt. in Financial Accounting, along with a PAAB Certificate of Competence and a National Diploma in Hospitality Management (Cum Laude). As a member of OTESA’s leadership team, she plays a vital role in strategic decision-making and reports directly to the board.
