1. What initially attracted you to work for this organization ?
I have been in construction before so I got the opportunity to work for this organization and I took it.
2. How would you describe the work culture here ?
The work culture is on point because everyone have the same motives.
3. What aspects of your role do you find most fulfilling or rewarding ?
Since I I'm a mechanic, what's most rewarding in my field of work is getting to make a machine operational again after it has been standing for break down.
4. How has working here helped you grow professionally or personally ?
Working with different ethnic groups helps growing personally and the different challenges I get to pick up when doing my field of line helps grow professionally.
5. Can you share a specific moment or project that made you proud to be part of this team ?
I would say all the projects that we have have completed this far has made me proud to be part of this team, it's a contributing to the community as well and I feel I had a hand in it as well.
6. What resources or support do you feel have contributed to your success here ?
Management has really helped with contributing to my success.
7. How does this organization stand out compared to others you've worked for ?
Those far this is the only company I've worked for so long and it's one of the leading companies so far in the country,and I would probably say that delivers good quality work.
8. What is one word or phrase you would use to describe your experience here, and why ?
Excellent, all the job we do here, we strive to do it to the most excellent quality.
9. How do you feel the organization values and recognizes its employees ?
I don't think there's any other company that values and recognizes it employees more than this one. Because once you are an employee here u feel at home.

I would tell them that Otesa offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact on infrastructure projects.
